Concert

Today we held a concert of Eifukai (叡風会) in Kyoto Univ.
Eifukai is a japanese music club.
We have three instruments, koto, shamisen, and shakuhati.
I'm a koto player.
In today's concert, I didn't take part in playing, but work as an announcer.
Especially, the koto is easy to play even for music beginners.

Next week, there will be an international meeting called Evershed meeting in India.
I myself will not go, but many acquaintance will attend.
I don't know whether they can come and go without any problem...

Rocket meeting

There was the rocket meeting in ISAS last Saturday.
It was a very tough meeting for 10 hours.
I studied the way of expressing myself at such an international meeting.
Do not leave things unclear.
Do not leave things uncompleted.

Lin-san

Yesterday night, I had dinner with I-sensei and Lin-san.
In a short time, I came to know the excellent personality of Lin-san.
He is specialized not only in mechanics, but also in theoretics.
His concept of the sunspot dark core is very new and challenging.

Solar-C meeting

I'm attending the Solar-C definition meeting for 4 days.
The first day is for instrumental and scientific discussions of Plan-A.
There are too many options...
I wish I can make clear my understandings tomorrow.
Plan-A & B simultaneously is the best solution, I think.

I submitted an application for JSPS Doctor Course Fellowship on May, 2008.
A few days ago, the results have been sent to me.
It was a success!
I can get salary from JSPS every month and get grant-in-aid scientific research separately.
